You may return unworn and undamaged earrings within 30 days of the purchase date

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange earrings for a different style or color within 30 days of the purchase date.

Damaged or defective items must be approved before a replacement or refund is issued. To start this process please provide:
A clear photo of the damage or defect
A brief description of the issue

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
